Pre-Event

  • Selection: Assist with selecting the right attendees for the event

  • Invitations: Create custom emails copy and graphics for personalized invitations and general event communications

  • Reports: Track attendee responses and share attendee updates weekly 

  • Support: Answer attendee questions, assist with event registrations, and support VIP guests with special requests 

  • Agendas: Create and distribute digital and printed event agendas, both personalized for VIPs and general for all attendees

On-Site & Post Event

  • Check-in: Create all necessary check-in materials prior to the event and manage the on-site check-in process

  • Thank you notes: Create suggested language, surveys, photo sharing links, and takeaways to thank attendees for coming to the event and to thank speakers for participating
